Locking Pin
In addition to securing the roof to the nest box, a ventilated roof-locking pin promotes airflow into the nesting cavity. Its unique design also eliminates potential for snagging nesting materials when removed.

Entrance Choices
Real cedar and cellular PVC entrance panels come with 1-3/8" x 2-1/4" oval holes or 1-9/16" round holes. Solid panels also are available to create custom, species-specific entranceways. Plus, panels can be stored in internal channels during the off-season — eliminating the nesting cavity and preventing rodent infestation.

Perch channels are featured in key roof areas. Many birds like to assume sentry positions on upper-roof edges and peek over lower-roof edges before entering nest boxes.
