Orders are generally fulfilled within one business day and shipping is provided through FedEx from the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area.
In the event of a return, please contact us at info@spbirdhouseco.com or (612) 276-2342 to receive an RMA number. Unless there was a shipping error, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
